Native Marketplace Integrations
- POSNext is now integrated with multiple external marketplaces, to be released over the coming weeks.
- Along with Tevo (previously supported), the newest marketplace is TickPick. Additional marketplaces will be added in July, including SeatGeek and TicketMaster+
- To activate broadcasting to these marketplaces, fill in the appropriate credentials in Account Settings -> Integrations.

- It is also possible to set an individual markup for an external marketplace through this screen.
- Once your credentials have been entered, the broadcast channel will be activated and available for selection in your Add Tickets and Edit Tickets screens. It will also be included from the Inventory grid’s broadcast channel.

TicketFire
- TicketFire is an on-demand eTicket generation service, able to generate eTickets and Barcodes in templates appropriate for the venue of your event. The final ticket will contain the template and branding from your selected venue. All you need is the barcodes from your hardstock tickets to be able to generate an eTicket to send to the customer.
- Added a TicketFire credentials card to Account Settings -> Integrations. Users with an existing TicketFire account will be able to use their current credentials. Users with no TicketFire credentials can register here.
- TicketFire conversion is available from the Inventory once barcodes are entered for a ticket group. It is available from both the Manage eTickets Screen and the in-line Actions menu.

- TicketFire is also available post-sale in the Orders grid, directly from the Manage Attachments screen.
All Grids
- POSNext now stores user preferences directly instead of on the user’s device. A new “Save Settings” button has been added to the dropdown view options on each grid.

- If users save a grid setting and log out, clear their cache, or even switch to a new device, the new session will still show the preferred grid layout.
- Updates certain operations to record complete username (Reject Order, Void Invoice, Fill with Alternates, Void Purchase Orders)
Inventory
- Exchange ticket count has been added to event headers

Mobile
- Marked unmapped events – users can select the event header and remap all of their unmapped tickets to the correct event.
Purchase Orders
- Renamed “On Hand Date” to “Expected Arrival Date” (On Hand Date plus shipping time for the selected delivery method) to let users more accurately expected delivery of tickets.
- Purchase Order Details has been redesigned for readability on desktop devices.
