Rob Smith

Business to Business Sales Manager

Rob has been with TicketNetwork since 2006. Through his time spent in the Compliance, Exchange and Sales departments, he’s picked up a wide array of both company and industry knowledge. In addition, Rob was previously a ticket buyer for a large broker. Rob appreciates loyalty, which is why he enjoys making sure TicketNetwork is a large majority of a brokers market share and why he enjoys building positive relationships with the brokers he helps switch over to TicketNetwork software.

JEREMY WELSH

Account Executive

Jeremy got his start in the ticket industry in 2007 when he came on board with TicketNetwork. It is here, he’s been able learn the ins and outs of the business.  As an Account Executive, Jeremy enjoys responding with lightening speed to brokers requests and feels TicketNetwork’s customer service sets the bar high for every other exchange. When not serving his customer’s Jeremy enjoys bowling as well as playing pool and video games.

Strategic Account Manager

Matt joined TicketNetwork in 2019 as a Strategic Account Manager.  He brings over 20 years of experience in sales/marketing within the insurance and retail industry, and has a huge passion for the sports and entertainment industry.  Matt resides in Longmeadow, MA with his 8 year old son.  In his spare time,  Matt is involved in Little League baseball, holding a seat on the Board of Directors and being a coach.

John DeSarro

John DeSarro

Strategic Account Manager

John came on board with TicketNetwork in 2019 after a successful 10 year sales career in the SMB/Enterprise Telecommunications space. With a focus on customer service and retention moving into a Strategic Account Manager role here at TicketNetwork was a natural transition for John. Outside of his position at TicketNetwork John is a part-time professional musician playing weddings and corporate events all around the tri-state area!
