Jonathan Allen

Director of Sales

Jonathan’s first ticket sales were to his grammar school classmates where he sold them New Haven Night Hawk tickets for 25 cents during lunchtime. Ever since, Jonathan has been involved in the ticket industry in one-way or another. His background in the ticket business includes working at Metro Entertainment and starting TicketMagic. In addition to the ticket industry Jonathan has extensive knowledge in real estate. He is the founder of Bridge Loan Network, and When he’s not working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.


Rob Smith

Business to Business Sales Manager

Rob has been with TicketNetwork since 2006. Through his time spent in the Compliance, Exchange and Sales departments, he’s picked up a wide array of both company and industry knowledge. In addition, Rob was previously a ticket buyer for a large broker. Rob appreciates loyalty, which is why he enjoys making sure TicketNetwork is a large majority of a brokers market share and why he enjoys building positive relationships with the brokers he helps switch over to TicketNetwork software.



Account Executive

Jeremy got his start in the ticket industry in 2007 when he came on board with TicketNetwork. It is here, he’s been able learn the ins and outs of the business.  As an Account Executive, Jeremy enjoys responding with lightening speed to brokers requests and feels TicketNetwork’s customer service sets the bar high for every other exchange. When not serving his customer’s Jeremy enjoys bowling as well as playing pool and video games.


JAY Mullarkey

VP Broker Relations and Community Relations

Jay is a sales and marketing professional with over twenty years of sales and business development experience. During the State of Connecticut’s legislative session in 2007, Jay was influential in the passing of Public Act No. 07-206. When he’s not helping to enhance the client experience for the ticket sellers who provide the inventory for our online marketplace Jay is busy with his involvement with many charitable organizations including, The Saint Francis/ Mount Sinai Hospital Foundation, Foodshare of Greater Hartford, The House of Bread, The Friends of Mark Twain, and The Open Hearth. He is also an Executive Board member of The Hartford Democratic Town Committee.



Sales and Account Manager

Lenny has been in the ticket industry since 2005. His extensive knowledge comes from his time spent working at some of the largest ticketing companies, including TicketNetwork. Lenny enjoys the unique personality that each of his brokers brings to the table and looks forward to providing them superior customer service on a daily basis. Outside of work Lenny enjoys spending quality time with his family. He and his wife have one, sports-fanatic son and will be soon welcoming their second child into the world.


Joseph Menchetti

Account Representative

Joseph got his first taste of selling for market value at the young age of 12 years old. To this day he enjoys working at TicketNetwork to help brokers accomplish the same. When he’s not administering world-class customer service Joseph can be found at world-class competitive eating competitions! He also enjoys attending concerts and sporting events.
