Rob Smith

Business to Business Sales Manager

Rob has been with TicketNetwork since 2006. Through his time spent in the Compliance, Exchange and Sales departments, he’s picked up a wide array of both company and industry knowledge. In addition, Rob was previously a ticket buyer for a large broker. Rob appreciates loyalty, which is why he enjoys making sure TicketNetwork is a large majority of a brokers market share and why he enjoys building positive relationships with the brokers he helps switch over to TicketNetwork software.



Sales and Account Manager

Lenny has been in the ticket industry since 2005. His extensive knowledge comes from his time spent working at some of the largest ticketing companies, including TicketNetwork. Lenny enjoys the unique personality that each of his brokers brings to the table and looks forward to providing them superior customer service on a daily basis. Outside of work Lenny enjoys spending quality time with his family. He and his wife have one, sports-fanatic son and will be soon welcoming their second child into the world.



Account Executive

Jeremy got his start in the ticket industry in 2007 when he came on board with TicketNetwork. It is here, he’s been able learn the ins and outs of the business.  As an Account Executive, Jeremy enjoys responding with lightening speed to brokers requests and feels TicketNetwork’s customer service sets the bar high for every other exchange. When not serving his customer’s Jeremy enjoys bowling as well as playing pool and video games.
