Mercury Buying Price Tolerance
- Brokers can now control Mercury lock requests with a price tolerance control
- When trying to buy a ticket group on Mercury, if the ticket group’s price has been updated since the broker loaded the grid (meaning that the price is stale), the POSNext will check the broker’s Price Tolerance settings.
- If the change in price is within the price tolerance margins, POSNext will complete the lock.
- If the change in price is outside the price tolerance or the broker has not activated price tolerance, the broker will be asked to confirm the lock before it goes through
