POSNext 2.0 + TN Link Release – April 3rd, 2019

Our latest 2.0 release includes mobile enhancements and major feature additions for Mercury-enabled brokers and TN Link users.

Non-Mercury ACH Buying

  • Mercury-enabled brokers can now use their Mercury credit limit to purchase retail ticket groups listed on the exchange.
  • Instead of having to go through the retail site and purchase tickets, the purchase will take place in POSNext.
  • POSNext will create a placeholder ticket group and the Purchase Order automatically, and the tickets will be charged directly through ACH – exactly like a Mercury purchase.
  • Note – Non-Mercury ACH purchases require a at least one phone, email, billing address, and shipping address. These can be added from the Profile page if users do not have them.
  • Note – Unlike Mercury Purchases, non-Mercury ACH purchases will not automatically be broadcast and will be assigned random seat numbers (to be filled in by the user when the tickets are received)

TN Link

  • TN Link users are now able to view the “Purchase” button for non-Mercury exchange inventory in TN Link
  • Broker Profile Information is now visible to TN Link users to facilitate purchasing.  Users may update their own information directly from the Account Settings -> Profile

Mobile

  • Sort Results – Users are now able to sort results in every screen.
  • Simply hit the new sort icon and select your preferred Sort category.  To sort the other way, open the Sort menu again and select the same category to Sort the other way.

Inventory

  • Added the Inventory Rollup ribbon for brokers
  • Added ability to Clear All Tickets in Queue to the Single and Bulk Add Tickets screen
  • Search Exchange – if searching your own tickets for a term produces 0 results, the search results will become a quick-link to automatically expand your search to the entire exchange.

Orders

  • Updated to latest version of back-end API for order processing
  • Added “Mark On Hand” for Single Orders
