POS 11 is here to stay! Both products cater to specific user bases and will continue to receive product enhancements and support.
The POSNext team is working on migration tools that will import notes and transaction history from Enterprise POS to POSNext. Stay tuned!
As of now, 1ticket.com and Ticket Attendant are fully integrated with POSNext. POSNext was built to to provide seamless interaction with all third party tools, and we are actively working with a number of companies to ensure that these solutions will be able to fully integrate with POSNext in the very near future.
They will be broadcasted to every TicketNetwork channel, including Mercury. Through our partnership with 1Ticket, you will also be able to broadcast to Vivid, StubHub, Ticketmaster Plus and Fan Xchange.
Multiple users can be logged into POSNext at once without affecting each other’s work.
Unbroadcasting a large set of tickets can be conducted on the inventory view by doing the following: Select the checkboxes for the ticket groups you wish you alter Click the bulk actions drop-down. Click “Unbroadcast Ticket Groups” The ticket groups will unbroadcast and the inventory view will refresh.
