Inventory
- Users now have access to a ticket group’s Audit History in order to see historical price changes, including the associated CSR
- Brokers are able to download eTickets and QR codes attached to ticket groups directly to their mobile devices in PDF format
- The Sold count on events is now a clickable hyperlink, so that users can see every order they have received for a given event in one place
- Brokers can add and remove tags directly on mobile from the Edit Tickets screen in the inventory
- Brokers will now have the ability to view and modify retail price on ticket groups
- Tags can now be added to tickets directly on mobile from the Add Tickets screen
- When multiple holds are on a ticket group, brokers looking to sell the tickets are able to see which CSR placed the hold and select which one to sell out.
Orders
- Mobile users are now able to void an order’s invoice from their order details.
- Mobile users can now create, view and download shipping labels from their mobile devices, as well as tracking the shipment.
- Tags on orders are now filterable on mobile
