POSNext Mobile Release Notes – November 1, 2018

Inventory

  • Users now have access to a ticket group’s Audit History in order to see historical price changes, including the associated CSR
  • Brokers are able to download eTickets and QR codes attached to ticket groups directly to their mobile devices in PDF format
  • The Sold count on events is now a clickable hyperlink, so that users can see every order they have received for a given event in one place
  • Brokers can add and remove tags directly on mobile from the Edit Tickets screen in the inventory
  • Brokers will now have the ability to view and modify retail price on ticket groups
  • Tags can now be added to tickets directly on mobile from the Add Tickets screen
  • When multiple holds are on a ticket group, brokers looking to sell the tickets are able to see which CSR placed the hold and select which one to sell out.

Orders

  • Mobile users are now able to void an order’s invoice from their order details.
  • Mobile users can now create, view and download shipping labels from their mobile devices, as well as tracking the shipment.
  • Tags on orders are now filterable on mobile
  • Brokers are able to download eTickets and QR codes from their orders directly to their devices in PDF format

Reporting

  • The Reporting tab is now available for mobile users, giving brokers access to their analytics on the move
