POSNext Update – January 9, 2018

Updates and Enhancements:

General 

  • For users that are permissioned to multiple BIDs, switching BIDs will now display the Broker Company names
  • Additional performance improvements across various grid actions
  • General usability improvements

Events

  • Resolved an issue where duplicate events were showing for some events

Inventory 

  • Each Event now shows the Summary of sold, available and held inventory in the event summary bar
  • Keyboard UP/DOWN arrows can be used to navigate 
  • eTickets – Ability to zoom in on uploaded PDFs
  • eTickets – Improved upload usability
  • eTickets – PDF uploads display barcodes immediately

Maps

  • User now has the ability to “Add Tickets” on maps view when no inventory is found.

Orders 

  • A “Filter by OrderID” bar is now shown at the top of the Orders Grid to search for Orders faster.
  • “Use Alternates” is now supported to provide ticket substitutes after the order has become locked.
  • Users can now manually update the tracking number
  • Tracking number field can now track UPS and USPS shipping labels
  • All previous outbound deliveries grid related actions have been moved into the orders grid
  • FAQs are now shown on tracking label printouts for fulfillment orders.

Deliveries 

  • Grid Consolidation – Deliveries are no longer managed as a separate grid, reducing overall clicks
  • Inbound deliveries are now under Purchase Orders
  • Outbound deliveries has been absorbed by the Order Grid 

Invoices

  • “Use Alternates” is now supported to provide ticket substitutes after the order has become locked.

Purchase Orders

  • Users can now manually update the tracking number
  • Tracking number field can now track UPS and USPS shipping labels
  • All previous inbound deliveries grid related actions have been moved into the orders grid
  • Additional bulk actions added to Purchase Orders:
    • Add Notes
    • Mark as paid
